On October 12, the first Latvian gaming conference Riga Gaming Congress 2017 will include the report of General Manager at Federbet and expert in dealing with match-fixing Francesco Baranca.

Topic of the report is “Fixing and Cheating in Fantasy games and e-sports”.

Federbet is a Belgian association aimed at minimizing illegal influence on the results of official sports matches. The company focuses on the support of the rights of bookmakers and their clients.

Federbet cooperates with the Spanish League, football clubs of the country and Bookmaker’s Association SRO. Last year, Francesco Baranca became the head of the Committee on ethics and fair game of the Football Federation of Ukraine.

At the conference, the speaker will present analytics of fantasy and e-sports markets; using various cases he will also reveal ways of match-fixing and types of fraud, as well as give advice on fighting unfair game.
