British company Playtech, working in online gambling software development segment, completed the process of acquisition of BetBuddy analytical company.

BetBuddy does analysis of responsible gaming and player behavior. As Playtech representatives specified, now their company is focused on purchasing new technologies that will expand the functionality of developed software. This is what BetBuddy was purchased for. Total deal amount is not disclosed for now.

For five years, BetBuddy actively cooperated with rehabilitation centers for people suffering from gambling addiction, and created its own Responsible Gambling app, which allows players to control and modify their behavior in the game.
