British company Playtech PLC acquired ACM Group shares for $150 million, CalvinAyre reports.

After the deal, Playtech is planning to create TradeTech Alpha brand.

CEO of the company will be Muhammad Rasoul, who held this position at ACM. It should be noted that the company's assets grew by 266% in less than a year.

Playtech dividends within this period increased by 30%, and net profit – by 21%.

Recently, the British team has focused on the supply of software for B2B customers. For this purpose, they bought Consolidated Financial Holdings A/S (CFH Group) for 120 million dollars about six months ago.

Recently, Playtech completed the construction of a live casino studio in Riga.
