The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has launched Licensee Relationship Management System developed by Microsoft.

The new system of regulator-licensee communication includes:

► apps for remote gaming licenses and their management;
► solutions for Dynamic Seal of URL requests;
► providing all types of reports.

As reported by MGA, the new system would digitalize and dramatically simplify all online and offline processes that regulate the licensees activity. The system can be accessed via a protected online portal, which will increase data transmission security.

The new product would also be beneficial to operators. They will be able to track the status of apps and ensure their legitimacy. With digitalization, companies would obtain a license and enter the gambling market in a simpler and quicker way.

This project is a part of the Malta authority’s vision for the improvement of its gaming jurisdiction.
